At LARUSCA, the care we put into creating our jewellery extends to the way we sell it. When it comes to our ordering process, we have chosen to follow our own path.

Instead of an automated payment process, we prefer to handle orders personally, with clear agreements. You first receive a written order confirmation containing all the necessary details. Only then do you make your payment, conveniently through your usual online banking service.

If you prefer, we can also send your payment request the traditional way: on paper, by post. This allows us to avoid another potential avenue for digital fraud: payment details being tampered with in emails.

Once your payment has been received, we dispatch your piece of jewellery.

What we don't store can't be stolen from us.

Cybercrime, data theft and hacking are real risks. For us, effective fraud prevention begins by eliminating unnecessary vulnerabilities.

We have deliberately chosen not to accept credit card payments or use integrated payment services. We neither request nor store sensitive payment information, such as credit card numbers or bank account login details. The actual payment takes place entirely within your familiar banking environment.

While this does not eliminate every conceivable security risk, it allows us to avoid an entire category of unnecessary risks.
